Shipping and Handling
Your Company Collection ships UPS Ground to all fifty United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).
Standard Delivery
If the merchandise is in stock, orders will ship within 24-48 hours via UPS Ground. Please see shipping rates below. All orders placed after 12:00PM EST will ship the following business day.
Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, due to high demand, we are unable to fill orders from inventory. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, customer service will contact you. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. Backorders will ship within 2-3 weeks. For order inquiries please contact customer service at 1-800-726-3022.
Express Shipping
Please call customer service at 1-800-726-3022 to expedite shipping by an alternative method on all orders with a critical due date.
International Shipping
We only ship within the United States and Canada. All items entering Canada are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with Canada's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws.
